The highlight of the meeting was Commissioner Iaquinto's complaint about letters from the public to the board being read at the meeting.  From the meeting notes: (Downloadable as a PDF)

Public Input. Iaquinto said the Commission should consider whether letters should be read at meetings. Chockley said she did not see a problem at this meeting with reading the one letter submitted given the light agenda.

Perhaps if the letter hadn't expressed opposition to the wholesale conversion of farmland into subdivisions, eh?
