An MLive (The Ann Arbor News) story by Ryan Stanton, September 22:
"The Ann Arbor City Council continued to grapple Monday night with the prospect of adding hundreds of new housing units along Nixon Road. Council members brought up outstanding issues and concerns related to traffic, natural areas, wetlands and stormwater runoff before voting unanimously to postpone consideration of the 282-unit Woodbury Club Apartments project to Nov. 16.
The developer, the Bleznak Real Estate Investment Group, asked for the postponement so Woodbury Club Apartments will go to council for approval at the same time as the nearby Nixon Farms housing development, which proposes adding 472 additional new residences on the other [West] side of Nixon Road."
